"I was skeptical at first about moving to Arbor Bend. I later had a fabulous conversation with Kippy Robertson who spoke highly about the property. Mrs. Robertson quickly erased all of my fears. I decided, that I definitely wanted to live at Arbor Bend. I like mostly that Mrs. Robertson is professional and has outstanding communication skills. I feel that I can definitely depend on the office staff at Arbor Bend. Mrs. Robertson definitely takes pride in this property and is very accommodating. She is phenomenal."

With every demand and through my frustration she remained calm, had solutions that worked for me. She is a great ambassador for the Arbor Bend."

"This is awful. They got rid of thee most nicest Manager here Hannah! Hannah would NEVER allow the garbage be like this. Never!!! And since she left this is a weeks worth of garbage just sitting. The GFL garbage company isn't coming more than likely because this property may owe money to them., or it's so much trash on the ground they won't pick it up. These containers have always been too small for the amount of residents that are here. We pay 15/mo for garbage per unit here. There is no excuse. This management co needs to pay there bills, that we are paying THEM for. This is awful!!! There are raccoons in the garbage.. snakes.. because there is a extremely large empty field with cows behind these dumps. And all the garages on the back are mostly taken up by the apt storing there stuff in it. Where they use to have the garbage on the back side other end of apt they put a container there. No garbage dump for those residents. They have to walk to this are which for some ... is far.. especially if your elderly. We've already had vultures back here.. and this garbage.... this is shameful!!!! We pay too much rent here. And that review by Jason Wilson is clearly someone from management or a paid review because how can someone leave a review for both properties if you never PHYSICALLY LIVED HERE as a tenant! Wildwood Apts are owned by the same management company that manages Arbor Bend which is First Communities."

"First of all I only give a 5 stars to the previous manager Hannah. She worked in the office for a few years and was excellent at what she did going through and beyond her call of duty as assistant manager then manager but it was never appreciated. The upper management refused to get her help in the office causing Hannah to do the job of 3 + people by herself. They have had several people quit including maintenance leaving this place in a big mess. I would not live or work here until some major changes are made."

"Update: well I can no longer recommend this place. Run run run far away. Hannah left last month and the property has gone downhill FAST. The trash is literally everywhere. It's attracting rodents and I'm scared to even take my trash out now. You cant even get to the dumpsters it is so bad. Hannah used to pick up trash every day and never let the property get like taht. Hannah cared about us tenants and it was obvious. She went completely out of her way to take care of issues and solve problems that arose. My family loved her. There is a rude girl in the office now Madison or Madeline, when she actually decides to open the office. She keeps the blinds closed and the doors locked. She doesn't care about the tenants and it shows. This place has taken a nose dive since Hannah left. Bring Hannah back! Pretty quiet neighborhood with little to no issues. The landscaping is well done and the staff are on top of things. The girl in the office can be hard to get in touch with at times, but she works by herself I think. She's always been kind to me and my grandbabies. She always gives them snacks and a hug. they stop in the office sometimes just to say hi to her. I'm not as familiar yet with the maintenance guy but when I had a work order he took care of it in a timely manner. He was kind too and took care of the issue. My neighbors are pretty quiet and keep to themselves. Overall it's been great living here. It is close to shopping and the interstate. My only complaint is it can be hard to pull out of here especially when the schools are in session. The traffic on Industrial Blvd can be a headache but that's not the apartment's fault. The city needs to do something about that."
