"I dont like how they were not straight forward about the credit. The only thing they told me was that your credit would determine how much deposit would be. Also they told me the application was 85 dollars and an additional 50 per adult but I ended up paying more. I think they are taking people money. I wish they will refund me money."

"We started applying here the Friday before Thanksgiving week. We had issues with the application on the website. When we called no answer. When we emailed no answer. We submitted all the forms they asked for and they kept asking for more 2 pay check stubs plus bank statements plus letters from Social Security from my mom. One or the other. Should have been enough. At one point even we went over there they told us to consent to the back ground check again bc that part of the online app was broken and they were going to just deny every one without it but they never told us after we signed it online until we went over there about not hearing about the next steps. They would make us have to go to the office in which many times they were not in there for hours to get the next steps in the process they had drawn out giving us the run around. What should of took one day took over a week almost 2 weeks for them to tell us we were denied bc we didn't verify our identity. One of the highest application fees I ever saw for these apartments with so many bad reviews. Called me once at 10 40 AM asking for more ID verification and if I had found another apartment and was canceling my app. At 1048 said in an email the app was denied due to no verification of ID. We sent them our ID as images when we applied. We gave them everything they asked for and they kept asking for more/asking for it over and over saying they had issues (yeah I bet) to pretend we didn't do it so they could deny us. Very rude and frustrating and insufficient of them. Complete waste of time and money. Don't waste your time here, way better apartments in Newnan. My mom wanted to move back because she lived here decades ago before I was born as her first apartment and they claimed to have renovated them which other recent reviews say is a lie."

"Great area for a small family. Apartments are very nice and modern. Love having a pool and playground. The admin office is always on top of things, if you have any questions or concerns, they are quick to get back to you."

"DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS!! I lived there for 3.5 years and throughout those years, we had water damage from the apartment above us. Water would seep through my walls, into my air conditioning unit and into the air vents. We had mold and it constantly kept my kids sick. I made sure to contact every single management company about the issue and no one wanted to help us. Also, not all of the apartments are fully updated and renovated. They do not look like the pictures that are shown online. There are so many apartments (including my old one) that had disgusting carpet, did not come with it's own in house washer and dryer unit like the new ones did. No fans or lighting through out the apartment. Even with our apartment being older and not newly renovated, they still want to charge you the same price as the newer ones. In my opinion, that's not okay. Also, make sure to keep all your belongings locked up tight, because there are people out there that will steal your stuff and there is nothing that can be done about it. The management is horrible and Rebecca has a bad attitude and is very unpleasant to communicate with. All in all, these apartments are the worst and we're nothing but a headache. They don't care and lie and it really shows. This is just my warning before you decide to rent from these people. BEWARE. it will be an unpleasant experience and nothing but a headache the entire time. At least a dozen of my neighbors complained of mold growing in their ceilings and walls too. Management just sprays bleach and paints over it. Then proceeds to tell you to shower with the door open so it can air out. That's kind of hard to do when you have room mates.. they claim it's mildew, but we had a mold test done, and it would make you sick to see all the different molds we had growing in our air vents and walls! It makes sense why we all felt so sick all the time. Mold poisoning is real and this company doesn't care. They basically tell you your the problem and mildew is gonna happen which IS NOT OKAY. Every year they had maintenance come and sand down our bathroom walls and paint over it. They never actually fixed/got rid of the mold that was growing in our walls and again, was a constant problem but was never taken seriously enough to actually fix it properly. These apartments were built in the 70s and I'm almost 100% certain we had the original fuse panel from then as well. It was so old and out of date, in pretty sure no electrician would even touch it. With all the water damage behind the wall the fuse panel was on, it made it very unsafe. Leaving that place was the best decision my family and I made and it really taught us what we will and won't put up with in our next renting experience. If I could give this place no stars/negative stars, I definitely would. Bad attitudes, bad living environment, and just all around neglegence. Worst place ever in my opinion. If you look at the pictures I posted, you can see the water damage in our bathroom walls and the mold in our vents. But yet, this wasn't that big of a problem. Just a small leak from the upstairs A/C unit because the filter needs to be changed. This was a regular occurrence that happened at least once a month (sometimes every other month). This isn't including the other leaks from the upstairs washer machine or my floor flooding because our A/C unit broke.. so, again, BEWARE. ALL OF THIS WATER DAMAGE HAS PUT MOLD IN THE AIR VENTS. you can also see that in the pictures I listed."
