"I visited the property a few weeks ago to do a walk thru tour. I met DeMarkus, he identified himself as the community manager. He was very polite and accommodating. He let me know about the housing options he had, he let also made me knowledgeable about the payment options as well as the wait list process. We entered a 2b 2b unit and to my surprise it was up to date and looked very much livable. DeMarkus let me know what had been updated and what was still to come. There was much detail in each explanation he gave to me. Let’s just say I left the property feeling very much informed and confident about living at Columbia Wood!"

"I made an appointment to tour a 3 bedroom, came in at my appointed time and someone forgot to schedule. No biggie, we reschedule it for the next week same time, awesome! We get there, tell them we're there for an appointment to tour. We were turned away saying there were no units available. So why weren't we notified? We took time off work to show up again to the appointment made. Making the appointment is easy, holding It is the important part. If this is how management is ran that's pretty rough. I feel like we dodged a bullet here."
