"After Tropical Storm Ophelia destroyed a roof over our patio, we contacted the property owners who were the worst in getting the matter resolved. It took over a month to get this taken care of. Numerous phone calls and messages to the owners were futile. Once I started to communicate directly with A.J. of Superior Contracting and Maintenance did things start to get going, competently and professionally. There were a few snags but A.J. kept me informed and worked quickly and diligently to get the job done. The first crew demo'd the destruction and cleaned up. There was a delay in getting a builder out the repair the damage. A. J. Let me know that she was working on it and would get someone out ASAP. Although it took awhile, it certainly was not through any fault of Superior or A.J. this biggest issues were the employees of First Key Homes and their lies, incompetence and deceptions to cover up their behavior. They even stooped to blame A.J and Superior which I quickly determined that was not the case. A.J. and Superior are boss in my book. Thanks!"

Despite their efforts in minimizing costs through global hiring, the company deeply disappoints in more critical areas. **Integrity Issues:** Promises made are not promises kept here. I joined as the second employee with a verbal agreement for a 33% equity share, a commitment from 2017 that was never honored. Such a lack of integrity in fulfilling such significant commitments reflects poorly on the company's ethos and reliability. **Growth Neglected:** There is an apparent lack of focus on growth and innovation. This approach not only stifles the company's advancement but also limits opportunities for employee development and progress. **Leadership Concerns:** My advice to the management is to reconsider the direction in which the company is being led, especially under the current CEO. The leadership style predominantly benefits the top executives, overlooking the broader needs and potential of the company and its employees. In conclusion, while cost-effective practices are commendable, they cannot compensate for the lack of integrity, growth focus, and effective leadership. A reevaluation of the management and company direction is sorely needed for any future success."

"My mailbox has been laying on the ground for a week, I’m not receiving my mail and they won’t even return a phone call! “Superior” definitely does not belong in their name. I have important medications that I need to receive via mail and they can’t prioritize that to get it repaired! Awful service especially when they won’t even return a phone call. The answering service is rude as well with no sense of urgency!"
