"Had my parts stolen on their lot. (Tues) My car started over heating while I was delivering with uber eats, so I drove it to this nearby auto shop. It was after hours, so I called and left a message. The following day (Wed) I called again within their business hours and gave them info about my car, no big deal... They told me to drop the key off on Friday because they were busy, but I was working so I dropped it off Saturday evening thinking that would be fine. Well when I arrived on Saturday I saw parts hanging under my car. You can see the dragging car parts in the photos attached. They told me to remove the car by this evening (following Tues) or they'd have it impounded! So I got a tow and moved it to a different shop up the street. Luckily I took photos when I dropped the car off (Tues) and when I dropped the key off (Sat). Hope that gives a clear picture of their customer service. Try to avoid this place, even if you have an emergency."
