"Would highly recommend not using this pepboys. This location has caused me thousands in damages after not reconnecting my new water pump correctly over Thanksgiving vaction almost leaving my family stranded on the way home. I've spoken to the manager of store, district manager, and now waiting on regional to call me back. It's been mouths trying to get a resolution."

"Pep Boys in Kennesaw is my go to place for my 3000 mile oil change and over all car service. That why when my sister was visting from out of town I took her there to get her car serviced before having her drive back to Indiana. I trust these guys with my car and not to over charge me."

"I would’ve given NO stars if it allowed me to. Go to this location at your own risk I normally visit the Land Rover dealership for maintenance and repair if any on my Range Rover, which Land Rover provides outstanding customer service. But due to the convenience, I decided to go to Pep Boys for my brake job. The worst decision I made. My appointment started as normal. Maybe after 45 minutes I was called to the front desk and notified they had bad news for me. They informed me after taking off one of my tires successfully and attempting to take off another one my lock key was broken. At that moment I automatically thought they were going to replace it and proceed with the brake job. But no they informed me my screws were too tight on my tires and it was my responsibility to pay for the repairs of the piece they broke off my vehicle. I politely refused to pay for it and explained that that’s not proper procedure to have a customer pay for something that the technician broke off my car. The manager Rick was VERY rude, unprofessional, and nonchalant, and advised if I wanted to move forward with the job I needed to pay for the labor and parts. I disagreed, and then he slid my keys and the broken part to the edge of the counter and told me they were done talking, he advised me to leave and he informed me they would refuse my business for future services. It was two guys that were talking but Rick was the manager and he conducted himself less of that. He also said they were a billion-dollar company and he didn't care about the complaint because they have Attorneys to take care of it. I respectfully left as instructed but called law enforcement, and was advised this was a civil matter. I’ll proceed with my attorney. This matter was inconvenient and unnecessary I thought I took my car to a professional company. But their customer service and technicians were below standards."

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They work quickly but very efficiently. Rick runs the shop, he is phenomenal and will get you right every time. I pass several Pep Boys and an innumerable amount of other auto shops between my house and this location, but will continue going to this location because I am so pleased with the service here. Go see these guys for any of your needs. You will not be disappointed!"

"As a 19 year old girl who doesn’t know much about cars and is always having to deal with mechanics who just want my money and upsell me on everything, I have NEVER felt as safe as I did with Rick. Totally gives “Dad watching out for his daughter” vibes. Such an awesome guy and had my car back to me in no time. I am PRAYING he stays at this location because if so you can consider me a customer for life!"
