"Thank you to the team at Lanier Auto in Kennesaw. My Tahoe was leaking coolant and they were able to replace my Radiator and hoses the same day with GM parts. They gave me the option of GM or aftermarket and I went with the factory parts. I feel that it was better spent for reliability, since I use this Truck to travel out of state....There Mechanic was kind to show me were my Radiator blew out and the condition of the hoses. Thank you again Guys!!!"

"Real deal chop shop. Parts installed did not match parts number from the box. I was charged double the price for a used part they did not purchase. Very rude and disrespectful to wife and child. Wrong fluid in reservoir. Vapid incompetent business."

"I am absolutely disgusted with the service here. I had a battery terminal installed as a walk-in. I did not call ahead. I was charged $44.31 total for less than five minutes of labor I don’t mind paying for the part and even some labor but $31.25 is insane. My car was never pulled into a car bay. It was changed right there in the parking lot very fast. The only reason why I did not go to Walmart is because I did not want to take the chance of waiting (Walmart labor is 10.00) needless to say, I will never go back for any work done to my vehicle. I’ve Been debating going there for several months. Please save your money and go somewhere else."

"Wouldn’t trust my car with any other mechanic. Spark plugs went out last year and another shop wanted damn near $700 for what Mike’s did for $200. They’re also great about getting you in quickly. Diagnosed that my car had a torn line that was leaking coolant for my AC and had it repaired in just a few hrs. The front desk guy always has a friendly attitude and very helpful which I appreciate!"
