"WARNING- Don't not be impressed by all the high end vehicles in the shop. Repairs are subpar, and you will not find out until it's too late. If you previously had your vehicle repaired there, I ENCOURAGE YOU TO IMMEDIATELY TAKE IT TO THE DEALER TO GET INSPECTED. You will need to verify the correct parts, placement, and even if parts were truly replaced, or all repairs completed. For the average person knowing whether a repair was done properly is almost impossible. However, if the vehicle is involved in another accident and subsequent repairs in the same area are required, and the initial repairs were poorly completed, the insurance company will deny your claim indicating damage was pre-existing. When your vehicle is repaired at VP Automotive, they know most of us are not going to look under the hood or vehicle to verify how well the repairs were performed. We typically are only concerned with what it looks like after. If you trust them with your vehicle, it will likely cost you dearly. And for those of you with high end vehicles and were recommended by previous customers, you should immediately advise your friends to take their vehicle and have it inspected for the purpose of verifying the work was done properly."
