"Absolutely stunning new property being built in Dalton, which is under served when it comes to luxury living. The property management is very respectful and prompt to resolve your needs. The apartments themselves are spacious and thoughtfully laid out. And the amenities included are unbeatable, who could say no to a front door trash service? I am very excited to become a resident here!"
"I stopped by while apartment hunting in Dalton and Chattanooga; I was interested in this new build as it seemed to offer many of the same features as my current property in Atlanta. There is no ability to see colors, finishes, or layouts as the company did not bother installing any of these at the mobile office. Furthermore, there are not any oversized floorplans to look at; there are only the same ones printed online. The leasing agent even remarked that they were labeled wrong on the sheet (like showing a garage with a 3rd floor unit). All of this was excusable. The reason for my low rating is the above market fees charged by this property. The pet, administration and application fees are much higher than similar properties in Atlanta and Chattanooga. Beyond that, the rest is substantially higher then the two above areas. Perhaps the property will be nice once finished, but based on how little the company was willing to invest in the leasing office to show potential renters, I am not sure. ****UPDATE DUE TO COMPANY REPLY BELOW**** The reply below further shows how little the company cares about active change and engagement. The reply is generic, vague and appears to be a simple "copy and paste". Had the company wanted to reach out, they could have easily contacted me via email which they have on file."
