"Location is good but that’s about it. The rooms are filthy and there was water leaking from the ceiling into the room, only discovered it at the end of my stay. Definitely toxic mold in the vents and walls, I felt very sick. Be careful, it’s a serious health hazard. Office staff was rude and dismissive when I asked for help addressing issues."

"Oh yeah, office is rude! Disrespectful, dis, courteous, and straight up RUDE!!!! I came down to pay my homeboys rent and I was told to leave the property don’t ever come back. I literally what the hell the manager in the office has no friends to show her loyalty towards certain word for that."

"This place is so disgusting! The management is trashy and plays favorites. We have children and they gave us a bedroom with a mini fridge, when they have full size fridges in other rooms. They say “no grilling” no this and that but yet the management lets folks get by with getting fake papers so they can have a dog just because thats managements son and they let them grill too. They say no drugs but yet they all smoke weed and management gets rude with tenants and when they ask for a NEW sheet for the bed they give them one that doesn’t fit and this had happened to several other people. Don’t come here because they WILL do you dirty. They’re filthy and trashy. I’m moving my family out of here and they won’t get a dime from me. They have terrible service. Any time you go to the office and inform them about something they have an attitude. Im reporting them. Again DO NOT COME HERE!!! They’re cheap for a reason! Broke bums."
