Quality Inn

"Clean, but not a 5 star hotel. The carpets are stained, there was no water pressure on the 1st floor. Breakfast was shriveled sausage, egg circles and stale bread. They had a very nice waffle maker, mix and syrup. Very "continental". The coffee wasn't great, and they did not have k-cup makers. Just the gross pods. Front desk was nice."

"Quick stop for some much needed sleep after a 14 hour drive. Inexpensive room which was very clean. My directv wouldn't work and they tried to fix it but wasn't able to. They offered to change my room but I was already settled in that room so I declined and just went to bed."

"I found a rate online. The front desk said that they would match that rate after paying for three nights of that rate. The manager came banging at my door demanding that I check out because he didn't approve that person to sell me that rate. Not only did he bang at my door and was out, he was ridiculous. He called the police without any knowledge and said that he was fearful of me and wanted me out of the room with no notice and the truth of the matter is is that he didn't want me to be in the room after that rate that they gave me and none of my own doing. While in the room I killed two bugs. The breakfast was non-existence just the worst place ever stay away. The manager appeared to be drug and toxicated however, I can't confirm it but his conduct was not professional and was not of a normal person"

"I'm rating this a five based on its ranking or category. This is a budget hotel. The checking was the easiest I have ever done and the staff was friendly and efficient. The lobby and the room was very clean. The room was well stocked with toiletries. It was a very quiet and dark room which is what we like. When I'm back in the Dalton, GA area I'll be checking in at Quality Inn."

"This has been the place to stay on family vacations to and from Michigan and Florida since 2011 and I've continued to stay here on my recent work trips. This Quality Inn has always been a reliable, clean, and value-friendly choice that has remained consistent all these many years, even through the pandemic. They even updated their rooms, so that was a much needed and welcomed change. My most recent stay was no different. The room was clean and the bed was comfy enough for the price. I would never say the stays have ever been entirely peaceful, just due to the design and placement of the building but it's nothing I can fault them for. The walls aren't particularly thick, so be prepared for noise from loud neighbors and slamming car doors in the parking lot. It's within walking distance to the Chili's which is incredibly convenient for food options, but depending on the day of the week and time it can be a little noisy and busy. Of course there are plenty of other food options off College Dr, including some fast food and a Red Lobster on the opposite side of the intersection. This Quality Inn is pet friendly and they have always been accommodating and reasonable with pet fees whenever I've had to bring my pup. Just also keep that in mind that you might hear some stray barks from other dogs while you're trying to sleep. They offer breakfast, which I can't comment on as I haven't opted for it the last few times I was here, but I do remember it being pretty decent. It's not a Holiday Inn, but neither is the price. And while you do get what you pay for, after driving for 9hrs straight all I want is an inexpensive, clean place to lay my head and this Quality Inn has always checked that box and it will continue to be my choice on all my future trips."
