"I'm so sorry I have to do this, I never had a bad experience at any of these hotels before! This is the first time! Our room was very updated, the carpet was stained, and I didn't complain until our 3rd day when my sister decided to use the extra pillows and blankets that night, in the morning in our 3rd day there she complain about the pillows! They weren't clean. They had a bad smell, and also I saw a few bugs crawling on the ceiling of our room. It was bad. So we decided to check out early. This is for the cleaning crew and management. Please, all we want as tourists for our rooms to be clean, I pay good money for that! come on, you guys, this is HILTON."

"Room was clean and very spacious. Staff was pleasant and there was coffee available in the lobby. Only issue was due to holidays there was no breakfast the day we left. There is plenty of gas and food options at this exit... Easy on and off from I-75."

"Everything was great except the pool was closed for maintenance of some kind and instead of locking the doors they put up a very plain sign that we didn't even see. The hot tub was just starting to get good and hot and making our backs feel so much better and they told us we had to leave."

"Wonderful customer service. I actually got a high five from the gentleman who checked me in, which was a pleasant first! I can't gush enough about the comfy bedding. Each time I called to the front desk, they answered promptly and provided excellent assistance. Check out was also easy and fast; I didn't have to wait for them to look up anything on the computer. The gym was decent. I would've preferred they also have a bench but it was ok as far as hotel gyms go (not the worst but not great)."

"We arrived about 7pm after driving all day and had no reservation. We were greeted warmly at the front desk. Our room was wonderfully comfortable. Very clean! Ate dinner in the restaurant. The bartender and server were both delightful and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area."
