"Manager very rude. Did not appear safe for 2 women. Assigned a room down dimly lite corridor. We would need to walk between 5 men standing outside of their open door. I requested a room number change due to not feeling safe at dark and was told loudly to " get out" waving both arms at me to shoo. Nightmare experience for 65 and 16 yr old."

"Unfortunately door lock was broken on our first room. Second room the lock seemed very fragile and was about to fall off. Mold growing in bathroom. Paint chips flaking off the ceiling. Floor felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. Bathroom door was broken. Very musty smell to the room."

"Husband woke up with a huge cockroach crawling on him! They were super nice but rooms with bugs are a no no for us."

"Great location and easy to find. Beds were comfortable but the room smelled like smoke and the floors were dirty. Bathroom had hair everywhere and the door wasn’t hung properly so it didn’t shut easily.Water pressure from the sink was barely a trickle."

"Stay for 2 nights. Payed in full for both nights before I got their with a 3rd party. When I got their and check in they wanted 137.99 security deposit after I payed 115.94 in advance. Pool was not open and look like has not been open for year. Update: after posting this review my card was charged 87.99 in less than 24hrs. update 2: my card was charged again for the same 87.99 for a 2nd time for a total of 175.98. Call the desk and was told the owner will be in the next day at 11:00am est. Final update: had to get corporate involved to resolve the matter as I use a 3rd party to book the rooms"
