"I walk in the store getting the stuff I want and when it’s time to check out, the man behind the counter was taking his anger out on me for no reason whatsoever which is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. And this has been going on each time I walk into that store, I’m not seeing how he’s not fired yet because you don’t be extremely rude to your own customers especially if you’re having a bad day. It is not okay"

"Have been going here for years. Everybody is friendly and attentive. I love it when they know what you are getting without asking. Makes you feel important to them. I have seen interactions with other customers. And it's always pleasant, joking and having fun."

"I've used this gas station for years and spent $250 a month on gas and tobacco (more then usual lately due to the gas prices everywhere). The 2 ladies that work here are absolutely amazing and always have been. The man that works in the morning is extremely rude and disrespectful. I came in to ask about a vapor flavor and he was rushing me and being extremely disrespectful. It bothered him that I even asked for something and he told me that I come in there enough I should know what I want. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the 1st time it happened thinking maybe he was having a bad day. Today I went in to ask if they had another particular vapor that they have sold before but were out of stock on recently. He wasn't even working the counter but went out of his way to scold me saying that they don't make it anymore so why am I asking? I explained that no one told me that so I didn't know and he continued to raise his voice saying that I have been asking for months (They have only been out for 2 weeks) and I should know that by now so stop asking. I'm always smiling and very kind to people I meet and I have a lot of customer service experience. I highly doubt I'm the 1st person to have this type of experience there. His behavior is unacceptable."

"I stopped there today and got two bottles of body armor water. I always drink body armor water. Today they tasted contaminated they did not taste right at all. I went back into exchange for something else. And the man behind the counter starts screaming at me you don't exchange water it's water just cuz you don't like to taste the water does it mean you can return it. Would not even let me talk. I think this is hands down the worst experience I've ever had at any gas station."
