"My wife and I were building a house and needed to store all our belongings for 8 months! Go Minis were amazing to work with and took great care in storing and moving our items. The delivery drivers took their time to make sure things were done properly and maneuvered the POD exactly where we needed it for loading and unloading. Freeman was great to work with when needing to get access to the unit while it was stored. Overall, this was the best experience I have had moving and will recommend Go Minis to everyone in the future!"

"Better think TWICE before using this place. We setup the container out of the need for as much convenience as possible and passed over the other big name companies and went with this one based on lies we were told to get our business as well as “reviews”. We were sold on this service by being told we would have access when we needed just give them a call and they would pull the container so that It would be ready when we arrived. We were assured there would be ZERO issues in having access. We were moving from Dallas, GA (just outside the Acworth perimeter) and was TOLD our belongings would be stored at the Kennesaw location. Perfect, as we THOUGHT. We started moving back in October 2020, the driver was good, on time, dropped the container really quickly. After we filled the container with basically every important item we own (furniture and big items we stored in a normal storage unit), it was picked up in November and we haven’t seen it since. We have called to make arrangements to get a few things out (movers put things inside that was not suppose to be put inside and desperately need to retrieve them). Conveniently, now we are told the only access has to be Monday through Friday 9-4:30, absolutely NO weekends. Furthermore, our property is NOT being stored in Kennesaw, and we have no idea where our stuff is! Out of desperation, we have tried to have the container delivered to our temporary location just to be able to get items we have been trying to get for MONTHS. Even this is a problem. They were suppose to deliver the container two days ago, did not do so, then called yesterday to ask when they could deliver. This is ridiculous and not to mention they are trying to charge for OUR inconvenience. I do not recommend using this place or their service what so ever. Beware. Who knows if we ever see any of our belongings ever again! Highly perturbed."

"Would DEFINITELY Recommend! Not only was the pricing and size selection more competitive, you won't find better customer service anywhere. Freeman was just wonderful to work with as well as the drivers. Everyone seemed to understand the "frenzy" of things not going according to plan and were very accommodating. It was also reassuring knowing that my prized possessions were safely tucked away until I was ready for them - so much easier than loading and unloading into a facility. One suggestion to all - if possible, I would strongly recommend scheduling the "mini" delivery several days before your move out date-it will make things so much easier."
