"you can tell they don’t clean just by looking at the doors. the glass is disgusting and covered top to bottom in fingerprints, it takes 5 minutes to clean glass doors? the floors behind the counter are always gross and the kitchen employees will come out covered in flour. the front counter people are always cold and standoffish and don’t want to greet you or look at you. this location is disappointing"

"Great staff! Took my last minute order for the office of 20 and the fries were still nice and warm at pickup! Got it all correct and even helped me to my car (even though I marked pickup!) Kelly was the nicest on the phone and the cute kid (didn't catch his name, shoulder/dark wavy hair) was so nice!"
