"New employees who are not trained properly were kept at register alone to take our orders and messed them up, we waited at least for 30 minutes. When asked how much longer we kept being told 5 more mins for another 20 mins. We were given our boneless wings first and then 10 mins later our pizza not made properly, no onions as we requested and instead bacon which we never requested. They “held” making our second pizza because they didn’t have bean sauce. We never requested bean sauce. When we asked for a refund and said we will be going elsewhere the manager Lauren replied “sounds like a plan” with no apology. Bad customer service overall."

"This location is normally good, but this time my order was not so good. I paid for pan crust and did not receive it. Also some of the crust around the edges of the pizza were ripped, as if they had a hard time removing it from the pan. I'm all about presentation and the presentation was horrible. I think it might be time to switch locations. Customers should not receive a pizza looking like someone nibbled on it. I didn't have time to go back or call because I had somewhere to be, but hopefully by doing this review they don't serve another customer a pizza like that."

"I placed 2 pizzas with well done No Cut and the manager April gave me the cut pizzas and it was not even done properly. I asked her to redo it and she outright denied redo and she said she will refund the money. She was very VERY RUDE AND SHE ASKED ME TO NOT ORDER IT FROM THIS PIZZA HUT ANYMORE I AM NOT GOING AGAIN. VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR AND SHE SHOULD BE FIRED."

"I was so disappointed with my pizza last night. I had a coupon for two mediums for $9.99 a piece. There was very little of everything on these pizzas. I couldn’t tell that there was any cheese. The most that was on the pizza was the crust. I know prices are up but there is nothing worse than a skimpy and dry pizza. This is suppose to be a meat lovers. I can’t find the cheese and the sauce let alone the meat."
