"This location has a serious problem with portions. I have ordered teryaki chicken multiple times and received 4.5 ounces of chicken (I have weighed it). The website states a portion of Teryaki chicken is 6 ounces. The mixed selections have very little meat in proportion to the vegetables. They frequently do not have selections available towards the evening likely to prevent loss if they are not able to sell. The manager here, who has very little people skills as well, is likely so focused on maximizing the bonus on food cost savings that she does not mind stealing from her customers. That is exactly what skimping on portions is. If the portion does not match the stated portion how is a customer supposed to decide if the value is worth it."
"My husband said the food isn’t fresh, it’s old! They didn’t offer or give him any condiments. His order was wrong, and when he told them it was wrong they told him he can wait and they will fix another plate, but he had been at work all day and chose not to wait. This isn’t his first visit, but it will be the last."
"Had the worst customer service. And barely gave me any food. If im paying for my food, I should get enough to keep me full. The portion sizes are tiny and when you ask them to put in more they put in 2 more pieces of chicken. Literally 2 pieces. I would not recommend this location at all. you do NOT get what you pay for."
