"I have been using rush hour limo for about 5 years now for all my travel needs to and from the airport. They are always on time, professional and very helpful. The company really cares about providing great customer service and building relationships that keep you coming back . Love this company and the services I receive every time. I am never disappointed . I have referred another friend who now uses them whenever they are in town and that friend feels the same way ."

"I used Rush Hour Limo twice previously through a third party mediator (Shuttlefare). On those occasions, the driver information was sent no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup and the home-to-airport transportation was great. However, this last instance, the Shuttlefare site was down so I decided to reserve with Rush Hour Limo directly. The reservation process was fairly seamless. However, this time around, I did not receive the driver information in the 24 hours ahead of time. After inquiring with Rush Hour Limo, I was told that everything was set and that I'd receive the information shortly. That did not happen so I was forced to make alternate arrangements. Rush Hour Limo finally sent the driver information 43 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup, which was completely unacceptable since I had special instructions and had to make sure the driver could accommodate. In the end, I canceled that service but of course Rush Hour Limo kept the $103 I prepaid for the transportation. Suffice it to say but I will not be using them again for my home/hotel-to-airport service in Atlanta and I certainly won't recommend to my agency, whom often has its employees stay in Atlanta a day or two prior to traveling to various points via the ATL airport."

As one would guess I was like with prom and wedding season happing that is a tall order. Rush Hour Limo came through! I can't thank you enough as I know a panicked mom is not easy to deal with.
