"I had a less-than-ideal experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival, I was informed of a slight delay due to the food still being prepared. Unfortunately, the wait extended to 20 minutes, and I observed some practices in food handling that concerned me, including staff not wearing gloves and eating while preparing food. Despite these issues, there was a lack of communication or apologies from the staff. It seems this might contribute to the location's current rating of under three stars. While I understand the challenges of being short-staffed, especially in a fast-food setting, customer service and hygiene standards are essential."

"Not sure what changed, but having so many bad experiences in a row is ridiculous. Communication is terrible. Constantly being told our delivery is getting pushed back to almost 3 hours from the original order time is a no no. Do yourself a favor and get Digiorno pizza from your grocery store. Will cause less stress than dealing with this place."

"Had never had an issue with the store until we ordered delivery a while back. The delivery time said it would be about 45 minutes, we waited for a whole hour to go by before we began to question. The app would not provide order status and then we attempted to call the store several times and could not get through. We live down the street so decided to drive to the store. When we got there, we found the whole staff wasting time on their phone. We asked about the order and they stated it had not even been prepared. We asked if they could make it now and they said yes but it would be another 20 minutes and we would have to repay even though the order was already paid for. Outrageous. I forwarded this issue to corporate and they didn’t do jack. I never received a refund for the food I never received. I can’t trust this store to order from them again."

"Ordered delivery, the driver took my order to someone else’s house and marked as delivered. Couldn’t get in contact with the store so I drove down there and asked nicely for a remake. The manager on duty then proceeded to get angry and confrontational when I asked for some kind of compensation for the delivery fee (since I had to go to the store and pick it up). Never go to this location unless you want to be screamed at by a 40 year old who can’t find a real job outside of food service"

"Please be careful with this location. Tip the delivery driver $3.00. He call me five times and sent a text saying I didn’t give him correct amount. The order was originally 23.03. The text stated I owed 20.00. And if I didn’t pay they were going to send officers to my apartment. The delivery driver name is Dai. It’s best to just pick up your order from the location."
