"The employees don’t wear masks here. When asked about it, said that they don’t need to do it in the back??! but one of them didn’t have any mask for entire 15min me being there- on back or front. When I asked about it, they all started wearing masks even working in the back. I wouldn’t even say anything at first, but one of the employees was wiping his nose with his hand all the time, and they went out to get me my paint with those hands....no respect - sorry. Be careful here ! or better yet, go somewhere else."

"My experience with this particular location was terrible!!! I use to go to this store and always had a good service. But I have noticed the hall team has been chanced including manager. We had a project to paint basement...and I told this to salesmen...of course we did not want to buy expensive product. I know that we could do any color in Homedipot and pay like $27 per gallon, but decided to buy it in original company. What a surprise was for me when the salesmen explain to me that they only have product which cost $47 per gallon ( I asked in matt finish) and there is no other options...and I had to be happy, because it's %30 off actually.... other product is even more expensive. He show me table with prices $59, $69....and so on...I did not want to spend that much and asked if any chance to have something chipper. The answer was : no! I went to different location ( Woodstock) and lady was so nice . She explained to me all product that Sherwin William use , what is the difference. She said that we can have this color in any product. The price is $33 per gallon and she can give a $20 discount and also give $10 off if I spend at least $50. She recommended me very good product with velvet texture and we got the price equal to the list expensive product in their company. I was happy! what a difference! Obviously in Roswell location the salesperson was misleading me and pushing to buy the most expensive product as I found out from other store. I told this story to my neighbor , and he had same experience with this particular store location. So...the politics of this team just to sell the most expensive product, do not give true information . It was a good store and near my home, but I will never use it again!!!"
