"Received poor post-sale service and inaccurate guidance from our sales rep after purchasing a new cooktop and downdraft. We had verified multiple times with our rep that we had everything we needed for our install and he said “yes”. On the day of install, our contractor noted that we didn’t have a blower to go with our new unit . Left a voicemail, email and text with our rep requesting help… no response. Ended up having to work with someone else due to the urgency and unresponsiveness. We then unexpectedly had to drop an additional $700 for a blower and drive an hour to pick it up at a warehouse. Ferguson wouldn’t do anything to make amends for the blunder and inconvenience they caused."

"I am having a great deal of frustration with Fergusons. I have been dealing with a warranty issue since last May. At first they were helpful and now I cannot get a response to MULTIPLE phone calls and messages I have left. I feel like I deserve the courtesy of a response from them. "Came specifically to see a Ruvati composite sink as they were listed as dealers. No Ruvati sinks on display or information on colors available. Sales person said she's been selling them for two years. Not sure how if you can't see them. We were basically ignored by sales team."
