"Horric experience! This shoe store has a nice variety of shoes at a fair price. Unfortunately the heavyset lady employee had a miserable attitude and there was ZERO organization of the inventory! Empty shoe boxes mixed in with all the inventory! It's sad because someone would have to put more effort into being lazy and destroying this place than to just keep it up and organized... Hopefully things change in the future."

"I never make reviews but I've never been treated so poorly as a customer than at this store. The people here are SUPER rude. My boyfriend and I asked a young lady to get some boots down, which went smoothly because she got an older man to do it, but we were struggling to put them away after trying them on because they were on the top shelf. The boots kept falling after being put up, which made a bunch of people stare at us. Another lady came up to us like we did something terribly wrong and said, "Stop, just stop it! I'll get a ladder." This made us all the more uncomfortable because she made a scene in front of many people. We were just trying to put things back for them instead of leaving them piled on the floor but they had to ruin our day because of it. The people who stared could have just helped us and she could have just offered us help in the first place. The boots were also on sale but they ringed me up full price."

"I came to this store with my boyfriend the other day, and between the two of us, we had three pairs of shoes. All three boxes had orange sale price stickers on them. It wasn’t just the boxes we grabbed, but EVERY size in all three of those shoes had the same sale price sticker. When we got up to the register to buy them, the guy behind the counter told us those stickers weren’t the actual price and they were put on by customers. Then he proceeded to charge us full price for all three pairs. We immediately put all the shoes back and found them at a different shoe store. We will not be returning to store."

"The customer service is awful in this location. Please, go to another store to shop. The people who work there have absolutely no customer service training. And, they are super rude. As if they are doing you a favor, and you’re the person spending the money. I do understand being under staffed, however I’ve been to several places with the same situation and the customer service was awesome! Prior to coming to this store I gave an employee an extra tip for her great customer service and they were extremely under staffed. I would love to speak with the owner. My mom went with me to find shoes and she felt the same way. I will not ever go back to this store. I will be sending an email to the higher ups."
