"Stores clean and well stocked. Plenty of employees around. My issue here (this location) is I feel (and my wife) is that they follow you around, carefully watching what you are doing. Benefit of the doubt, we have been here a few times all with the same experience, with the store both being busy and not. I’ve worked retail, as a manager, and with AP. It’s the same behaviors as AP had when following those they thought were stealing. I’ve never felt this way in any of their other locations. Been a member since 2017. Example, employee standing there holding a piece of clothing, almost frozen and staring at us as we try something on isn’t going to make us buy something. They don’t give all the customers the same treatment either."

"Just purchased two pair of shoes from REI. Both were worn and used. Like REI, but they should not sell used shoes as new. They have a used area, so used shoes should go there. Do better REI Mall of Ga"

"We usually have good experiences at REI but Jayson went above and beyond. He was phenomenal printing us instructions for the item we bought. Allowing us to borrow his pocket knife for a patch repair. He prepared some alcohol for that patch as well. All on Thanksgiving eve! Thank you for the service!"
