"Zero stars if that was an option. Person who answered the phone refused to see if they had any tights in 3t, we are to busy. I wouldn't have minded if I needed to wait or even call back later but you are tell me you're soooooooooooo busy you can check for an item for me. Poor customer service."

"VERY poor customer service. The older lady Ms. Beverly had a bad attitude the whole time. Very short tempered and impatient with customers. Outwardly expressing her impatience is what tripped me out. How are you in a business that serves customers with an attitude like that?"

"No they are not over worked or tired. They just don’t want to work and have bad attitudes. The first time I came to this location I came in the morning time and the lady there was rolling her eyes, ringing me up in a bad mood. My mom came right after she finished ringing me up however the lady there I believe was a wolf because she huffed and puffed, upset because she had to ring me up again for that other item my mom brought up to the counter. Today I went to return an item that I ordered online and the same lady was there, I was really hoping the last time was just a one time thing but no today was worse. She started to bicker at her coworker of how she hates people buying stuff online and going to return it, she stated that it just made no sense to her why people did that. I don’t know if the lady was racist, or ignorant thinking I didn't speak English because she kept on going with her rant. The both ladies never bothered to ask what I needed so I said excuse me and told them what I needed. I told her I was there to return an item that I bought online and the reason why I was returning it. The other lady who was bickering about it had no shame and just continued to bicker about the store and customers. I’m not mad because I don’t scoop down to that level but just sad to have had to experience someone so bitter, angry and unhappy. I wish my girls weren’t with me because they had to hear everything this person was saying. This is the Childrens Place they are suppose to be happy and proud to work there and if they aren’t there is plenty of other jobs elsewhere. I hope no one else has to encounter that angry woman."
