"This was my first time ever going to build a bear, and it will not be my last. I lost my baby in April of 2023 & recorded his last heart beat before he passed. As anyone would be, I was completely devastated.. I came in here and BECCA had helped fixed a small broken piece of my heart. Without knowing about why I was getting a bear, she went through the whole process and healed my inner child. I hugged & helped build my bear for my son and was able to add his final heart beat recording. Becca, your kindness was needed so badly and you surpassed that for me. You have helped heal that piece of my heart that I was so afraid of. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️"

"As a former kid, I absolutely loved this place! I still have my bears that I built here. I took my younger sibling here and it was just as magical for him. If you want to treat a little one to something they’ll cherish forever then this is the place right here. It’s exactly what it sounds like. You build a bear. You have to go in just to see! All of the employees were extremely helpful and made the experience 10x better! They even waived shipping for us for an outfit they belonged to a character that they didn’t have in stock."

"Had such a nice time here. I took my daughter and neice; they picked the Harry Potter bear and all the cute accessories. The workers were so attentive, helpful and personable. It was a fun and adorable experience."

"Absolutely horrible experience!! We went to get a Birthday teddy bear for the 2nd year in a row. 1st year we weren't offered a certificate, bag, box nothing! This year we were cheerfully greeted, and assisted right away. To the lady who greeted, and helped us that's pictured, thank you!! We were allowed to choose a Birthday song to go inside the bear, and a heart too. The lady filled it up, sewed it. Then we went to check out. Was offered numerous items over & over after politely declining 2-3 times we got irritated. Here's the kicker, she tried charging us for the complimentary Birthday song, we denied. So she cut open the bear & took it out! By this time we're ready to leave, but went ahead and proceeded with our purchase! That was heartbreaking. How do you give a child a bear with a song then take it away, cut it open and take it out? We were never told we had to pay, it was with the bear! Horrible cashier lady, and sad experience. Never want to go back!! Cherry to the top,, we got locked out of the entrance we came in, walked half way around the building, managed to get back in speak with a security officer who called a golf cart security person to help us to our car. They never showed up. So we start walking another time. Called security ourselfs, they hung up!! We walked in the blazing heat for nearly 1.5-2 hours. This place is not what it's cut out to be. At all. Let's not forget the poor pets inside the pet place. There was atleast 10-15 workers in there, and only 1 was working while the others were standing around playing in their phones, chatting with their co-workers, and dancing. Meanwhile several pups had nasty mess all in the cages. How sad, let them puppies go to a shelter where they'll actually be taken care of instead of put on show cases in nasty pins all day to be sold for top dollar!"
