"Went to find a prom dress for my daughter. After spending some time trying on dresses, we ended up with her liking one & me another. Since closing time was approaching, we decided to table the discussion & decide at home based off pics we took. We went to leave but my daughter realized she dropped a headphone. One of the team members found it & set it at the registered. We were relived to have found it after looking for awhile. The team members were great until... After we found the headphone we made our way to the front to see it was locked by 7:02pm & we could not get back into the mall. We were forced to walk around the ENTIRE mall on the outside in the freezing cold & dark. Mind you, the size of this mall is huge & it was no easy task to walk with my teenager and younger child completely around to get to where we had parked. At one point the kids decided to go down a steep hill in the landscaping area of the parking lot. I was against it but then tried & fell & sprained my wrist. It was a horrible ordeal. The general manager of this store should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. We will not be buying a dress from Macy's."

"I recently visited Macy's at the Mall of Georgia, which is a massive store with 3 floors. We spent most of our time looking for suits on the bottom floor, where they had a good selection of affordable suits under $200. Unfortunately, the quality of the suits was quite low-end. However, the store was clean and the staff were helpful."
