"I wish I had a better experience today at Micheal Kors in Cumberland Mall today Dec. 30th. I walked in the store, and I wasn't greeted. There was only two customers in the store. One staff member was working with the other customer but I guess she didn't see walk in. So I just walked around to check out the new products. As I purchased the Micheal Kors fanny pack, two other employees came out from the back. One employee was ringing up the other employees...what I expect is that customers should be first and attended to. I received absolutely no assistance. Can I help you....are you looking for anything soecial...Make sure my needs are taken care of. I frequently shop with Micheal Kors...I wish I had a better experience today...I would have spent more money if I felt valued."
