"I came to Jay’s screen printing shop 2 times prior and had no issues. Same day service. I dealt with the owner directly today. I explained through text and email what my needs were. He didn’t bring up any issues. I drove 40 min to his shop. When I came in and asked to buy one gray shirt along with screen printing he said he couldn’t do the order bc I wasn’t ordering in large quantities. Before I never had a problem ordering one shirt. I wasted time and drove all the way here for nothing. The owner was real dismissive and disrespectful too. The employees that work for him are nothing like this, which was surprising. I will never shop here again and I don’t suggest that anyone else does either. Very poor communication and customer service."
