"Product is low quality. Refuse refund or reprint. Avoid these guys and spend a little more money and get better quality and reputable people elsewhere.."
"What they advertise and what is delivered was not even remotely the same. If they don’t have the capability to print like the pictures on their web site show, then they need to get more realistic pictures. Totally disappointed, and the customer service was a joke. They even refused to let me speak to anyone else. A bad and crooked business."
"Ordered it for the holidays early this year and could not be happier . Product quality is better and delivery is fast . Happy customer !"
"I’m not happy with the quality of the blanket I received. It doesn’t look like the original photo sent and the photo proof approved. The blanket shows an obvious manufacturing defect where the blue ink has faded onto the face of the image. I have sent complaints via email instead of receiving the response that the results is normal for the product that I had ordered. As per Customer Service -> “The file you approved is the file that went to production, and the way it turned out is the way it will turn out. We are offering a redo at less than our cost with a different photo.” The blanket is supposed to be a gift. I’m not going to spend more money on a manufacturing issue that is not within my control. I’m not the one printing the photo onto the blanket and therefore, I shouldn’t have to pay more because the ink smudged due to the printing or drying process after the photo has been put on the material. Now I can’t give the blanket as a gift. I find it disrespectful as the image is a pet that has passed away. I am heartbroken and I don’t appreciate that the company isn’t taking responsibility for its own actions. I have had asked Customer Service to forward my email to their Manager but they just respond with saying the Manager approved that offer. It seems even Management doesn’t take initiative in seeing the problem and trying to find a solution to prevent the situation occurring in the future. If anything, they will need to improve their manufacturing processes instead of blaming the customer that it is the photo used (“it is what it is”). The proof sent was completely different than what was printed on the blanket. The customer spends money on a product that they believe the company has specialty in producing that product. If I had known the product would turn out this way, I would have made the product myself. Overall, disappointing experience."
