"Recently purchased a pair of shoes for myself at the North Point store and i had to replace them due to a defective sole in 3 to 4 months, they replaced me a new pair right away. I had to come back again after 2nd pair had defective sole coming apart. Happy to say "Sonny" remember me & replaced them again. Thank you !"

"Kids working the store on the weekend just stand at the counter and chat with their friends and play on their phones. Stood there for 10 minutes trying to look at shoes and no one ever offered to help- just pointed to the back of the store and said “men’s is over there” and then proceeded to goof around with their friends. They need to be re-trained on customer service"

"My worst experience here on Sun, 09/10/23! Horrible customer service. Not going back to this store again. I was their customer for several years. I went out of my way that day to visit this location to give them some business though their Mall of Georgia, Buford Dr., store was closer, only to exit the store regretting it. I believed he (Mark!) was the store manager. Incredibly unprofessional. He was rude and condescending right from the get-go. At one point, I even told him I was a repeat customer, and he couldn't be treating me that way, to which, to my dismay, he went so far as to gesticulate to me with a rolled-in right hand, rotating his knuckles at his right eye. I couldn't believe it! James, if you are listening to this, pls do something about enhancing customer service at this location. I went to their Mall of Georgia location the next day and bought a pair; the sales team there was a stark contrast, all smiling, willing to listen and help. Thanks to the team there!"

"Horrible customer service at this store. Was told to come in, they had “many, many” shoes in my size. Drove there, they had one shoe in my size, I ordered a pair, when they arrived they don’t fit at all, must be mislabeled because they should fit. Now the store refuses to give me a return label, I have to drive all the way there to return. And they’re very rude about it."
