"Do not buy from this store!! My husband bought a pair of work shoes from this DSW (paid $100) and in less than 3 weeks the front part of the sole has completely come away from the shoe. Not a fun thing to happen while on a work trip. This is the first time my husband has experienced an issue like this. He travels constantly with his job. He is now back from his trip and I called the store and talked to the manager and she said without the box and receipt (which of course I recycled not thinking this would ever happen) she can't exchange the shoes. I did not ask for a refund but a straight swap using the Amx credit card receipt as proof of purchase. She was a flat out "NO". I will never buy from this store or a DSW again after this terrible experience. Worst customer experience ever!"
"I used to work for DSW at this location back in May and stayed until the end of August. The management there is absolutely horrible, there were two supervisor/keyholders who were great, very friendly and gave great service to customers. However, the General Manager (Tammi) and Assistant Manager (Mila) however were rude to customers and passive aggressive to their associates. They're also shady with their data capturing. When you check out at DSW if you don't have a loyalty rewards account, you are given the option to sign up. Your phone number is how your account is pulled up in the registers. When you are a loyalty rewards member, and you give out your home address when you sign up, you get physical coupons sent to your home address in the mail. On the back of the coupons is your loyalty rewards membership number....when you come in and your coupon is scanned it is not immediately thrown away(like it should be). The Assistant Manager (with the General Manager's knowledge) would stack up the coupons at the side of the register and when a customer comes in and they either A. Don't have a loyalty rewards account and doesn't want to sign up or B. Has a loyalty rewards account but just doesn't feel like giving their phone number (or they're in a rush) she would take a coupon from the stack on the side of the register that was already redeemed, and would type in the membership number that is on the back of the coupon, so that 1. The location doesn't fall behind on data capturing and 2. Other people get points for YOUR purchase (not that they care about the second part). If a redeemed coupon wasn't available she would type in her own phone number and get the points. This is a shady practice that the management has been training onto new associates because the Assistant Manager (Mila) told me "When you type in the number from the coupon throw it away, because if you do it more than once, it will show up as FRAUD in the system" so she knows what she's doing, and the General Manager is very aware of what is happening. I filed a complaint with HR, but they didn't care as long as they get the proper numbers. So avoid going to this location they're shady as hell. If you have to because of convenience make sure your coupon is thrown away before you leave the register, and if you don't give your phone number, check your receipt before leaving the register because it will tell you on the receipt whether or not your transaction has a rewards account on it or not. The location at the collections aren't shady and don't put someone else's rewards account on top of your purchases."
"This location is on the brink of closing, and it's obvious. As soon as you walk in, there is a horrible odor that greets you. The atmosphere literally feels and looks like it's run down. Every time that I've walked in, I've literally almost immediately walked back out. I probably won't be returning to this location."
"The staff is always pleasant here however they don’t have as many quality shoes nowadays. I used to find some really nice stuff here now it’s hit or miss. They seem to have a lot of shoes but a lot of them are similar. I guess it’s due to the current day and age not necessarily anything to do with the store itself."
"DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse) is a popular footwear retailer that offers a wide range of shoes for men, women, and children. Having had the chance to experience shopping with DSW, I can confidently say that it's a great place to find stylish and comfortable footwear at an affordable price. One of the things I appreciate about DSW is the range of shoe styles and brands they offer. Whether you're looking for sneakers, boots, sandals, or dress shoes, you're likely to find what you need. They carry a wide range of well-known brands such as Nike, Adidas, Converse, and many others. In addition, they also offer a range of affordable and stylish DSW-branded shoes. The store layout is neat, and the shoes are arranged by categories and sizes, making it easy to find what you need. The staff is also friendly and helpful, always willing to assist you in finding the perfect pair of shoes. The online shopping experience is also impressive, with a user-friendly website that makes it easy to find what you need. They offer free shipping and a flexible return policy, making it easy to shop with confidence."
