"despite calling at 4pm sunday with no answer… still decided to check it out by 530pm and they were closed. the hours posted say they close at 6. unprofessional"

"I am very disappointed. I am visiting from Detroit and want to come support. This was my last day so I wanted to get to the store early so I would have enough time and not be rushed. I get there at 11:05 which online says open at 11am. I waited until 11:15 to go to door to give them time to open. Also there is construction right in front on the building so I had to park at a hotel and walked down. Which I was ok with doing because I wanted a new piece. I get to door and it's closed. I called the number on the door and no answer. I go back to my car and wait 15 more minutes. No one showed up. So I get back to my hotel and the number called me back. I spoke with a older lady and she said she was running late but will be there by 12. At this point I made it back and was not going back. Maybe next time i am back for work I will try again. Hopefully this was just a one time thing."
