"I ordered an outfit to take on vacation for my birthday and didn’t fully read the ordering/ pickup policy. 100% my fault, but I still asked for a refund. The owner offered to have the order ready for me when I needed it, even though her store wasn’t open on that day, and if that didn’t work she’d process the refund. I decided to keep the order and wear it another time just because she was so kind about the situation. My screw up and she still went above and beyond to deliver great customer service. Her in store staff is also friendly. Will definitely be returning."
