"Sales representative was attending me and another person. The other lady asked her if she could get her a bag in another color so she can see it. The sales rep walked away and said “I would if only you buy it”. Definitely a no no for me… rudeness all the way! She was already upset because I wanted my refund and did not do an exchange. Store: in Lenox mall Rep: female with contact lens and wore a hijab or a sort of a head wrap"

"Manager told me I could come in to exchange a shoe I purchased a few days ago after the leather didn’t hold up after one wear. I drove all the way back to the store just to be told that the GM Ebony said I wouldn’t be able to exchange it in store because it had been worn. I shared that it has been worn once when I reached out and didn’t appreciate having my time wasted coming in person to receive poor customer service. This is clearly a management issue given the consistent complaints in other reviews. Luxury only in price, not quality or customer experience."

"Very disappointed with this store. You would think that being luxury they would care about their clients. Unfortunately I called 7 times yesterday over the course of 4 hours and left messages. Again today I called several times and still no response. I understand being busy in the moment but it has been two days at all different times of the day. Will be taking my business elsewhere."

"My mother has been calling this store since June 19th! No one answers the phone, and no one returns the call. I tried calling and got the same run around with their voice-mail system. I came to the store and the associate stated they've had a hectic morning. Ha! My mother has been calling since June 19th, and today is June 26th! I've now been here in the store for 30 minutes, waiting on a manager. Mind you, only 2 customers and 4 store associates and they can't even check their messages?!?!"

"Very pleasant experience. Unsure about the other reviews and saying staff base their customer service off appearance, I beg the differ I literally looked like I was running to the hardware store & was treated very kind. SA were professional & very insightful. They were also quite friendly."
