My first time experience at this location definitely won’t be my last thanks to the customer service and top tier level fashion advice provided by impeccably dressed Duane. The store was clean and well stocked with the cutest shoes, hand bags and accessories. 10/10"

"BUYER BEWARE!! I purchased a pair of heels. I never wore them and returned for a refund. Prior to returning the shoes I looked in the bag at the receipt and notice an additional charge for $6.99. I didn't know what that was. I opened the box and the associate had added grips inside the box. When I tried to return the shoes the first associate asked, "If she sold me the shoes?" I responded, "I don't know, who are you?" Then she said, "These were final sale." I purchased them at full price. Then she said that it wasn't her and called another associate to return them. The second associate stated, "that I could not return the grips for a refund." She didn't care if they were unused and unopened. Additionally, the associate did not know how to process a return with a receipt, so she processed it as if I didn't not have a receipt and acknowledge she does that for all returns. Something that should have taken less than 5 minutes, took much longer. While she was trying to figure it out, I noticed that the grips and other foot accessories were behind the counter. Nowhere for the customer to access them and I definitely didn't ask for them. To customers, pay close attention during checkout that the associates aren't adding products to your shoebox. I did receive my full refund for the shoes. This was my first experience at ALDO. The initial purchasing process was as expected (excluding the added product), but the return process was terrible."
