He was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful as my husband worked through trying on several pairs of shoes. We walked away with three pairs of very comfortable and attractive shoes. "If you buy online don’t return to this store. I returned a pair of shoes on Saturday that I bought online and they aren’t even showing the return. The person online said the person returned it in a “different way” so it wouldn’t affect his commission. I don’t want it to hurt his commission, but I do want the return to show up on the system which it’s not and I still don’t have my refund. Shady as all get out."

"Phenomenal customer service experience. My Johnston and Murphy shoes purchased at a different location had a badly worn sole. The manager looked at the shoes, checked when I bought them and handed me a brand new pair. Well done and great to see someone stand behind their brand in that manner!"

"I have been shopping at Johnston & Murphy for almost 10 years. Various locations have displayed great customer service. However, I went into Ashford/Dundwood GA location and was appalled. The guy working didn't greet me when I entered. In addition when I proceeded to view the footwear that was close to where he was standing he turned his back. Still not once did he acknowledge me. I had plans to purchase two pair of sneakers that I saw in the catalog which I have been receiving since 2014. I will never purchase another item from Johnston & Murphy. signing off dissatisfied ex-loyal customer."
