"Being Both Big AND Tall, I like going into the store to try stuff on. I wish they had one of everything in all sizes as 'try ons' because sometimes the cut is different. I also would like to see everything that is on-line availble to order even if the item is out of stock. This way, DXL knows what the customers want or need and can go ahead and order more asap."

"Return policy is made up on the spot. The manager refused a return because the tag wasn’t attached and claimed the product was damaged. It was in the same condition as I purchased it as it was unworn. Partially on me for buying it in a hurry and not seeing the damage but the manager refused to work with me for a defective item."

"In-store verses online, well I would rather shop online for several reasons. First, Online has a broader selection. I like Robert Graham which DXL carries Online, but not in store. This designers clothes are made in several different countries so there are size differences for example I have a 2XL shirt that fits great and some 4XL that are slightly too small. Shopping In-store for Robert Graham items would be helpful. When I was at the store, there were no True Nation tapered leg jeans. I like to try those on simply as I will go a waist size bigger on some because they can shrink and then they are tight on my calfs which is too tapered for me. If I have to choose the lesser of two evils, I will continue to shop Online. Otherwise, I have been very happy with DXL especially with being rewarded for loyalty purchases and other discount coupons. Thx"

"Just stopped into today and had a phenomenal experience with Ray. He greeted me upon entry, then made sure to check in and help me with exactly what I needed. He was friendly and had a great, genuine demeanor. I was looking for a Blazer and a few shirts, and got exactly what I needed in about 10 minutes. Excellent experience. I appreciate being able to walk into a store and not feel poorly, because usually it’s tough to find my size. Kudos to Ray for a fantastic job!"
