"I went to the Cobb County location to return two jackets I bought online. The gentleman who assisted me told me that he couldn't take the return because it wasn't in the system even though I bought it 9 days earlier. I asked him if he could make a call to the online people to see if he could get it worked out but he wouldn't. He told me to come back in a few days and maybe it will work. This is very inconvenient and highly suspicious. So I went to the Ashford Dunwoody store 15 minutes later, and a helpful (by contrast) representative there refunded it no problem. As a customer, I feel like I was mislead, lied to, and given a runaround."

"The manager Ide at this location is so rude and intimidating .If I did not need the shoes I would not have purchased them even though I drove out the way to get them. I was sent to the store to purchase the shoes because the other store where I purchased the suit for my husband did not have the shoes in stock. I really hate I had to even go to this store because I hate being treated like this when I’m spending my hard earned money. I’m trying to find some shoes similar to purchase because I want to return the shoes because I was treated so poorly. I’m not sure how or why he’s in management. He should not be working in a people facing environment because he doesn’t have good customer service skills. I’m hurt that I was treated so badly by such a large man as a woman. As a consumer and a woman we should not have to deal with this when shopping."
