"Our fave AE to visit and it is in the best mall in for area. I like that the store is super clean & tidy, the staff is helpful, and the service is always good. Consistently good! I appreciate that, and it keeps me coming back. A lot of the workers are young kids, and you can tell they're trained well for customer service. Highly recommend!"

"I visited this store yesterday.. I had to make a return. The sales guy was super rude as if he didn’t want to be there. I said thank you and he ignored me. He just made me feel like I was bothering him. I never cared for the customer service at this location and Yesterday just made it worse- I believe it was the store manager but I’m not sure. He definitely needs to get an attitude adjustment"

"Manager had a bad attitude because of an online return I had. He was whispering about me to another employee and even asked if I worked at the mall or something since I had returned orders two days in a row ( not my fault they send one order in separate shipments).Next time you want to speak about someone please say it out loud because personally I like to know whats being said about me. He did explain to me that I can download a label online and return my package through the mail, but unfortunately not everyone runs on the same schedule and its just easier to go into the store. I'd rather throw my jeans away than step foot back in this AE. Cashier also had a nasty attitude, if you don't like your job just leave sir. Don't be rude because your'e bothered about your sales quota of the day. Former retail employee here so I can tell good from bad customer service and this was definitely terrible."

"The male manager was an absolute atrocity! All I asked was for him to explain the policy in which he spoke very fast repeated the same statement over snd over and blatantly lied. It would have took 1 minute for him to slow down and listen to what I was saying but instead it ended up with a corporate complaint, police and security report and 1 hours of our life that we will never get back. I love American Eagle and have been a consumer for 20 years now. I appreciate the corporate representative who took the complaint and stayed with me while I spoke to security and the police officer. That is what good service is about. In order to make a better society we must be better to the people that live within it."

"Took my son here for some jeans. I highly recommend signing up for their rewards program. I was able to get my son 3 pairs of jeans for about $80.00 after tax with their coupon. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I could remember the names of the 2 gentlemen that helped us. They knew exactly what my son was looking for. Great experience."
