"Store is in perimeter mall and pretty good"
"Employee was very rude. She walked up to us and told us that there were no more of the shirt we was looking at and we asked if there was more in back she said no, asked about the one on the mannequin and she said that one wasn't for sale. She was very rude and had a face the whole time, looking down her nose like we aren't good enough for their clothes so didn't even waste any more time. They obviously don't want to sell clothes. Judgemental, rude, condescending"
"As always, the store was well stocked and the staff was great. I come to this particular store every time I buy something in person. It has an enjoyable atmosphere and, as I said before, the staff is very friendly and helpful."
"I usually get great service at this Hollister, but today was off. I wanted to try clothes on in a dressing room and one of the workers (clearly) looked my way but didn't unlock the door for me as I was standing there waiting for a door to be opened. I wanted to try on two dresses and would have spent the money for them - after waiting for five minutes, I left and no one addressed why either. The customer service needs to be addressed with certain employees. No mask wearing either (by staff or guest) despite Hollister's policy, too."
