"After leaving the Dunwoody location where I had a rather unpleasant experience, I called the Alpharetta location immediately and the lady on the phone was extremely pleasant and held a couple of items for me. When I arrived about 20 minutes later, I had a completely different and positive experience. Such a shame since I live closer to Dunwoody but I will drive for better service any day! Not only was she friendly on the phone, but she was also friendly and helpful in person. She got me set up on a fitting room. She wrapped my item neatly. She told me about when new items come out and that I could see on their Instagram page. She welcomed me to return and she told me to have a lovely day. I’ll definitely return based on this very pleasant experience!"

"Refund policy is so stupid. $90 for a dress. Returned within 30 days def within 15 and I only get store credit. Things are so cheaply made and overpriced. The refund policy is proof they don’t want their stuff back."

"I had a similar experience to the previous reviewer. It is worth the drive to go to the Buckhead location. You will receive much better customer service and friendlier management. Be aware (I wasn't) that their online return policy and in-store return policy do not match. Luckily the Buckhead location was more understanding that I was only one day past the In-Store exchange window and still within the Online exchange window. The Avalon manager was totally unwilling to work with me even though I had purchased several items in this order and only wanted to exchange one. The bottom line is exceptions can sometimes be made in order to maintain good customer service. Now I know to give my business to the Buckhead store, even though Avalon is sometimes more convenient for me."

"I bought a shirt 2 weeks ago and it has a hole in it. When I went in to exchange it, the sales lady said she couldn’t do anything without the original tag. She assured me that even if the manager was called, she wouldn’t do it either. I so now I have a cheaply made $50 shirt with a hole with a Fab’rik tag that is now going in the trash. I hate when companies do not stand by their brand! I won’t be back! Looks like I should’ve read their reviews first!"

"Caution: don't make a purchase unless you're 100% sure you won't need to bring it back. Not a corporate store _ gift receipts are useless. Purchased a $60 backpack for my daughter for Christmas. Asked Sales Associate for a gift receipt, which she had no problem providing. My daughter went to the Forum location to return/exchange but they said, Nope. Avalon is a franchise location, not a corporate store so you'll have to go back to Avalon to return it. The Forum Fabrik pointed out that bags are accessories and not eligible for return, which I didn't realize. Not once was that communicated while I sat and waited for my 4 candles and backpack to be wrapped. But Forum seemed to think the Manager would allow for an exchange. Wrong. Nope. "Sorry. All sales final." Well, fab'rik, rest assured, that was indeed your last sale to me. I hope you enjoy those $60 because they will be my last contribution to your shady business. I was able to reach the manager and it was an oversight that they were able to help me with. They were apologetic and accommodating. I was satisfied with the resolution."
