"I go to this location very often and love their selection. Tina, the store associate, is always very helpful, gives great style suggestions and is always pleasant to work with. I love shopping here!"

"To be honest, this post does not even deserve a one star. My brother-in-law went to this location today to buy a gift for my sister and the associate that was present was unprofessional and very rude! The way she spoke to my brother was uncalled for and then to talk to his mother was very disrespectful . I will not spend my hard earned money at a place that talks to their customers any kind of way. As a business owner myself, customer service is everything. Chico's you should consider who you hire!"

"I would not recommend anyone to attend this location. The unprofessinalism is uncceptable and very distasteful. My fiance and mother n law went into the store to browse and potentially shop. My fiance saw an item that he knew I would like and recorded a video of the item for me to see. Unbeknown to us they do not allow recording or pictures to be taken. An associate approached my fiance to advise that "we don't do photos" my fiance apologized and said okay. Instead of the associate moving on she decided to continue to repeat herself saying "we dont do that" again he acknowledged her and said I heard you. As the one side conversation continued with the assoicate still going on about "what they dont do", my mother n law interjected and said ma'am "you do not know what he was doing, he was trying to buy someone a gift", the rude associate cuts her off and says "ma'am I am not talking to you". Following that response my fiance immediately interjected and let her know that she is not going to disrespect my mother n law because shes was talking to her. He also advised that she needs to stop talking to them at that point, then left the store. It's sad to say that this type of behavior from an associate occurs especially at a store that I frequent. I'm very disappointed and intend to follow up with corporate regading this matter. I have already reached out to the "manager" Jonelle who failed to acknowlegde the incident or apologize for the unprofesionalism displayed by one of her employess. Chico's needs to be aware of the kind of people they are hiring to run their establishment because this is disheartening and disappointing. I would also like to add that additonal training needs to be held outlining what proper customer serivce is as well as customer service etiquette. The verbiage " We dont do this" is beyond unprofessional and extremely inappropiate. The proper verbaige that should have been used is "The policy of our store is that no vidoes or pictures are taken of any merchandise" . As a director/manager I am so appalled at the behavior of the associate and the manager."
