Forever 21

"The store is understaff. Arrived at 5:40pm and they closed off customers from going upstairs. That’s completely unacceptable, if thats the case close the store an hour early if you want staff to leave in a timely manner because you cant recover the store to your likings."

"The selection was not really there for items I was looking for (mostly women's denim) 32/34 inseam, however they had a really good sale/ clearance section, a nice variety of intimate apparel and the customer service I received was far better than the one at the Lennox location. I'll most likely stick with this one for our needs. *Shopping for 14 yr old/ self."

"They only have one person at the register and another to do pick orders and the line to check out is half way to the door. For Dec 23rd you’d think they would have more people at the registers."

"It’s absolutely ridiculous to have your customer walk around the store and pick out items then stand in line all to be told sale items aren’t refundable or exchangeable. The two items I had that were on sale were for my son and he was not with me to try them on. I was also purchasing 5 other full price items. It’s sad y’all would rather miss out on $115 purchase than to allow AT LEAST an exchange for sale items. Haven’t shopped in F21 in years and I see why. It’s either junky or long lines. Now this. Huge inconvenience"

"Nice and neat new location in Atlantic station. It’s clean and new with a great staff from what I can tell so far. It’s just like any other forever 21 as far as merchandise. It also has an upstairs so everything isn’t tightly packed. Only bad thing right now is the very small men’s section."
