"went to this location on January 3 2024 had absolutely the worst customer service in my life. My mother and I walked into the store. Never once were we greeted by the two girls saying hey how are you? My name is blank blank. Let me know if you need anything; they sat in front of the register, their feet on the counter, and their phones. I was mortified. If I’m going to spend over $500 in a store I think I would at least like to know the sales associates name or at least a hi, hello welcome and I was absolutely absurd with the customer service. That is something you need to work on before I even think about going back in there and purchasing items no matter how good they look."

"I had an unpleasant experience at Monkee's women's boutique in Avalon. Their customer service policies left me extremely dissatisfied. Initially, a salesperson assured me that I could return shoes if my girlfriend didn't like them and exchange them for something else. However, today, I was informed that this wasn't their policy, leaving me with shoes she doesn't like and no alternatives. "Visited today! Two girls were too busy on their cell phones(one had both of her feet on the counter while looking at her cellphone and other one was on the counter looking at her cellphone). they did not even realize people walked into the store. Me and my mom walked out after 5 mins."
