Needless to say I won't ever return to this location even though it's 15mins from my house. I'll go to Fayetteville where the Staff is welcoming and not thinking everyone is stealing! P.S. make sure your breath is fresh before you run up in people's faces! Update I spoke with the supervisor, the Jacket was sold out but I purchased another Jacket to replace and I may return in the future!"

"I usually shop at Stonecrest Ashley. I decided to try another location. This Ashley in Market Square East Point area was great. Awesome variety and good service. Unfortunately, I have to drive 45 minutes to shop there to get the variety that I usually see online. However, Stonecrest have the very best customer service. They are very helpful and courteous."

"Worst experience I have ever had at an Ashley Stewart. Drove all the way from Macon to be treated rudely. Needed help with getting a half bra. The employee rang up a customer and said she would be over as soon as she was done. Well that didn't happen and she another employee that I didn't know was there ring up more customers. So I got in line with the bras I had so I could try them on. The employee said I didn't need to do that. Apparently I do.... I needed more sizes so I went to grab them and I left my dressing room door cracked so I could go back in. The employee frowned up at me and let the other customer in my room. After receiving a fake apology she gave me another room. They didn't have my size I needed. . The employee knocked on the door and asked if they had my size in the back. She said no without even looking. They didn't even offer to look it for me and have it shipped. Something I can do myself but just wanted better customer service than I received. First and last time. Will never go there again."
