"Kanawha Village Apartments likes to make poor people to pay for their remodeling. If anyone is looking for an apartment I'd rather live under a bridge than to live in one of their apartments. They're very unsafe. I've got scars from their heaters to prove it. When they kick you out, they will make you pay for their renovations. They took me to court and the judge was either bought off or stupid. Probably both. I can't hate them enough. They even blamed me for their roach problems. They truly are scum."

"We lived here from 2007-2022! Quiet neighbourhood, nice laundry facilities, prompt and courteous maintenance crew! Pet friendly! Within easy walking distance of local shops, doctor's offices, dentists, vet, restaurants, and the recreation center."

"Very beautiful architecture. Nice clean (but crowded) little area. Apartments are modern with an "old school" feeling & look. VERY EXPENSIVE APARTMENTS! But for the price, you get what you're paying for."

"Not impressed honestly. The insides of the apartments are relatively nice and well kept. After moving in I’ve noticed leaky windows that quickly grow mold, over half the dryers in the laundry unit don’t operate, hallways are dirty, and our kitchen ceiling literally fell in within a month of moving, that they never bothered to finish fixing. We were in a hurry to move and this was a more affordable option, but if I would’ve anticipated the current issues I’d suggest to keep looking."
