"We've been very pleased with Charleston housing, Until here recently we have been having issues with our air conditioner and my wife has asthma and can't be in the heat where she can't breathe. We have left multiple messages and multiple emails to get it fixed with no reply back. We also just got a letter in the mail stating stating that we have not paid rent since we moved in which is not the truth. We have our receipts and we had put them in the Dropbox where the old mailbox used to be but but we were told today by the maintenance man there was no Dropbox there and we had to speak to somebody else. I recently found out that I'm having health issues where I can't get up and move very much, Which makes it hard to get anything done and the phone numbers I keep calling don't get to. So I'm sending out an SOS to somebody for help because because me and my family cannot be evicted from our home for false allegations."
