"And the neighbors are friendly one elderly gentleman over there throw cook out sometimes and invite his neighbors and their children on holidays he do buy candy and little gifts and trinkets for the kids Fourth of July give out snacks and set off fireworks and surrounding neighbors always pitching in to help"
