"Classy pet friendly apartments in safe location."
"I lived there for one year of the lease. I left notices of the date I was moving out, because my leas was up and did not want to stay another year. I left a few letters in the office with no responce, then finally I left the last notice with the keys asking about a deposit return and if I needed to be there exc. I never got a responce. I left my number and everything. Still no respnone. It's hard to get your deposit back even if you left your appartment in excellent condition!"
"To anybody wanting to rent an apartment from Mill Creek Landing Apartments be very careful. My first month living there my unit got water and smoke damage from the apartment upstairs that caught fire. Then on Labor Day weekend is when it really started the sewer backed up into my unit not only once but three different times while I lived there. The sewer backed up on a Friday night and the owner let me my son, my cat and my all my stuff sit in sewer water until Tuesday afternoon before getting it cleaned up. Told me she would move me to a upstairs unit but did not have a maintenance man to clean up the unit so I could move into it. So I stayed in the same unit the sewer backed up again while I was at work told her I wanted moved to a upstairs unit. She told me she was going to move me but she kept putting me off until I gave her a thirty day notice and moved. In the three months I waited to move I lived in black mold under the baseboards and behind the stove. I stayed sick with upper respiratory infection and bronchitis. I lost my stuff in sewer water. Now I can't even get renters insurance thanks to her for all the claims I had to file. Plus she gave me a letter telling me she would give me back my deposit back and she didn't."
